What would you do if you have different love styles with your partner?

how would you handle a relationship if his lovestyle doesn't match yours...?

i really love my boyfriend and i want us to have a healthy relationship..

i also want to diminish our little arguments that soon turn to huge ones after some time..

i want to make him happy..

but why is it that sometimes when i try to be sweet to him and cuddle him or hold his hands.. he doesn't respond??

i'm really confused.. but he assured me that he really loves me, too..

isn't it that he really is not expressive and as affectionate as i am??

please help.. thanks! What would you do if you have different love styles with your partner?
You can't expect everyone to have the same love styles as you. Try to communicate with him and tell him that you like to cuddle and to hold his hands. Tell him that its your way of expressing love to him. At the same time, find out what he likes and try to express your love to him in the ways he like too. Hope everything goes well for the both of you. What would you do if you have different love styles with your partner?
The woes of men and affection. Stop trying to make him happy. Happiness comes with a persons heart. He is responsible for his own feelings. Not you.

As far as the sex goes. That comes in time after a couple gets to know each other in and outside the bed room!
just let him do what ever he wants to do
Maybe he just has that more macho style less affectionate but still likes you.

On the other hand i love holding hands and cuddling girls even without sex, i just really enjoy the affection and female company. I'm 22 don't know if that is relevant, but for me I would shrug off a girl if i didn't really like her that much.
compromise! find a common ground that both of you are comfortable with!
